Pricing
All prices on our website include VAT but exclude delivery charges. If VAT rates change between order and dispatch, we’ll adjust the rate unless you’ve already paid in full.
You’ll be charged when your order is dispatched, and ownership passes to you once payment is received. If payment is overdue, we may charge interest at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate.
Product Information
Unless noted otherwise, HARIRA LTD is not the product manufacturer. We aim to ensure all product details are accurate. However, actual colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and packaging may differ.
We may update products to meet legal or technical standards — these changes won’t affect how you use them.
Delivery & Processing
Order Handling:
- Orders placed before 4 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day.
- Orders after 4 PM or on weekends are handled the next business day.
Delivery Options:
- Delivery costs and timelines are shown at checkout.
- Delivery fees include VAT. Please allow extra time during holidays or sales.
Delays & Non-Performance
If external events delay your delivery, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. While we can’t offer compensation for delays, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for undelivered items.
If a major issue prevents us from fulfilling your order, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return the product within 14 days of letting us know. Return shipping is at your cost unless free returns were included in your purchase.
Use a reliable courier and keep proof of return. We’ll refund standard delivery costs only — not express or timed services.
Refunds are issued:
- Within 14 days of cancellation (if not dispatched), or
- Within 14 days of receiving the return or proof it was sent.
We may reduce your refund if the item is used, damaged, or missing tags/accessories.
Returns Policy

Include photos or video if possible and tell us whether you’d like a replacement or refund.
Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and provide updates during the process.
Warranty
You’re covered for 12 months for manufacturing faults (excluding wear and tear or misuse). We’ll repair or replace the item. Follow the return process above.
Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- 30 days: Full refund for faulty items.
- 6 months: If repair/replacement isn’t possible, you’re entitled to a refund.
- 6 years: You may be eligible for partial refunds if the product fails prematurely.
Product Use
Unless otherwise agreed, all products are intended for home or home-office use only.
Altering the product or not following manufacturer instructions may void your warranty or return rights.
Customs & International Shipping
For orders outside mainland UK:
- You are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
- HARIRA LTD has no control over these charges.
- Customs policies vary; check with local authorities.
Cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs.
Ending Our Contract
We may cancel your order and seek compensation if you do not cooperate with reasonable delivery attempts.
Liability
We are not liable for losses if:
- They were unforeseeable at the time of purchase.
- They result from events outside our control.
- You failed to follow usage instructions.
- They relate to commercial or business use.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, negligence, or personal injury.
Children
We don’t sell directly to children. Under 18s must use our website with a parent or guardian, who must enter into any purchase agreements.
